Our family has gone on an adventure of the past week. We left the comfort of our lifestyle to the new and frightening (at least unsettling) world of Gluten Free. Our family and friends are pretty evenly split between curiosity, concern and thinking we have really gone off to crazy diet land, versus offering helpful hints from their own experience or those of others who have successfully made the journey. We are still in our first week. Check out the story to see which side you are on.
